ReCom - Browser Compatibility

I just realised that ReCom isn't really suited for Opera 7.21

I'm not sure of the exact details, but when I switched to IE for just a few seconds, it seems pretty different. Can webmaster try out Opera during his/her free time?

In your Opera settings, i think if you change your browser identifying thing whatever it should work.

i just switched to opera 8 and encountered similar problem. recom looks different. but that's not the most important point. the most important thing is that i can't sign in using opera 8. i've tried changing the 'identify as' option but i still can't sign in. maybe it has something to do with my cookie setting? btw, what's the best cookie option for 3rd party cookies?

yey...found the solution. for opera 8 users, you have to check the 'use cookie to trace password protected pages' option.

go to tools > preference > advanced > check 'use cookie to trace password protected pages'

it'll be okay. and it doesn't matter which option you put for browser identification. it'll still work on recom.

hmm....so recom is cross-browser compatible ha. go recom!!!!

works fine on my Opera 8 w/o any tweaking ---> Check if it's set to identify as Opera
