Hey, I'm an SPM 2005 leaver (9A1 2A2). My application fell through when i applied on 2006. Then I proceeded my studies at Russia (MMA i.m. Sechenov).

Do you think it's possible for me to reapply for JPA scholarship 2009?
Of course, i'm planning to use my SPM results and results of my 1st year studies here.

I appreciate any information given. thank you in advance.:)

I think you can but it is another form. Not the one the SPM 2008 will be filling. Cos I have many friends who applied JPA scholarship after 1st year degree overseas.

It would be via different scheme. Not this PILN that is open for SPM 2008 leavers.

I guess you can only apply for JPA loan at this time?

Cuz I have some friends who got JPA loan (but I duno why they still call it JPA scholarship) after their first degree of medicine in Russia. O.O

They called it JPA scholarship cause they want to feel proud that they receive JPA scholarship when it is just actually a loan...

I guess JPA loan is the only option as I don't think can just reapply for JPA Luar Negara when it is only meant for SPM 2008...
