IPTA requirement for non-bumi's

Can anyone tell or provide sources that shows the more accurate requirement than the common one in the mohe website to enroll into certain courses especially for the non-malays.tq

If you can read Chinese, this is the site (http://www.quansheng.org/) you would find helpful. It contains non-official but reliable statistics collected from Chinese students in respective courses in public universities. This gives a rough idea about minimum score and majority scores of students who enroll into a particular course, instead of general minimum requirement.

i believe bumi-the Malays would stand an edge over non bumi in the granting of critical courses.

based on the statistics , it is an eye-sore to see malay with pointer 3.7-3.9 could get Medicines , dentistry and pharm. while the non bumi who strike hard for 4.00 couldnt get the critical courses!:(
