It's been a while now since streamyx servicing malaysians with their promising cool fast dsl internet delivered dirently to your home.

However, the service is getting crowder day by day. This beautiful dream has become a nighmare to streamyx users.

Say, first, malaysia is promoting Ketupat Linux or somekind of linux os in Malay language (out of business already). Yet, software are expensive, say for example Microsoft windows. This lead to the increasing linux users not only to the outside world, but also in malaysia.

TmNet service has not provided manual for linux users, and it makes linux users have such a hard time configuring the internet connection (most of them fail, sadly to say, they switched back to windows <-- now that sux)

second, their help services is not that okay either. If users need help with their internet connetion, say they call TmNet on Sunday, it would likely the technician will arrive on Thursday, if the users are lucky, if not, they need to call TmNet again, and again.. now that's greater sux
