Scholarship to Australia right after STPM

Hi to all Recomers...

I wanted to ask whether anyone of you know any scholarships that we can apply for to go to Australia for their first semester.

This is because almost all the scholarships are open after the SPM & STPM results are out, and that time we'll be applying for entrance to second semester. So I wanted to know if there is any scholarship which is open earlier, i.e. between July till December which enables us to go study earlier.

So far, the only scholarship I know of is the ANUAAM scholarship. If anyone here know any other shcolarhsips, please inform me. Thanks a lot!! =D

I just email the officer and the list changed to Sydney, ANU, UQ, Monash.. have no idea why Melbourne is NOT in the list. I have asked him but he haven't reply me. Anyone got the latest info? Not sure if he has made the mistake or it's really the latest list. LOL

I think the Tajaan Tambahan JPA is mainly for students who gained admission to Ivy League universities in US, Russell Group in UK and any world top 20 universities? For Australian universities, only ANU managed to get into Top 20.

Yes, but apparently a few Australian universities enjoy exemption from the above 20 position rule. They are Monash, UQ, ANU and Sydney, latest list as of now from the TTUG thread

Is the JPA scholarship for Ivy League universities and some universities in Australia still being offered? I can't find any information from the JPA website. Does it include living allowances?

I cannot find it in JPA website, even when i applied last year.

Anyway, it covers tuition fees and of course living allowance. u get book allowance too and some other allowance.

You can try calling the department in-charge of this ivy league scholarship. I read in the other thread, and they keep saying it has been terminated. So, I have no idea.
