* This design engineer will be responsible for integrating various logic blocks together to form a working microprocessor core using a combination of vendor tools and internally developed tools.

o Floor-planning (multi-million transistor designs, physical pin placement, bounding box)
o Clocking (high speed, 400MHz-2+GHz with tight skew control, clock tree synthesis)

o Routing (congestion analysis, hierarchical methods, pre-routing)
o Noise analysis (power profiles, electro-migration, noise aware timing)
