i believe our malaysia is a country fulled of employment oppurtunities at least, seeing that the unemployment rates are lower than other developed countries like USA. Those who have been laid off from their jobs not only face financial breakdown, but psychological problems may come along their way.
The impacts of losing one's job are so profoundly bad, and the some may said why not we promote the working culture over studying? That have been well said, but without proper and basic knowledge , how can one attains the required skills in getting their tasks done? Do all the theory and practical skills that we learnt and incorporated into our minds during university are so valuable and come into practice while we are at work?
people are rich , healthy and happy because they work and not because they study a lot.Do you agree with that?
I am sure employers nowadays are looking for all rounder employees to filled up the vacancy of their jobs.
This thread would rather appreciate those who can share their bits and pieces pertaining these issues.
