I need help in putting the Adsense script in my website at http://allesdeutschland.crimsonzine.com
I copied and paste the script given to me by Google but it shows an error "google_ad_width" undefined.
What should I do?
I've tried putting it in an external .js file but to no avail.

maybe your spaces are wrong...anyway, I've edited it, try downloading it from my site:
http://www.internshipasia.sferahost.com/alles/
will be taking it down soon....so tell me when you're done =)

what did you change in the code?
Did you remove the spaces? or add spaces?
I've copied it and paste from the link you gave but it didn't work
I'm using the software included in webcrimson.

Does having "hard-carriage return" (pressing Enter key) after every google_ad_width = 120; {enter} google_ad_height = 240;{enter} have anything to do with the code?
I copied the code into webcrimson but when i publish it, all formatting were lost.
does javascript actually care if you press enter after every value?
Have you tried webcrimson?

hmm....no idea what's webcrimson...by right the 'enter' thing shouldn't be a problem...perhaps it's the software you're using...
mind explaining what's webcrimson?
can you upload the file rite to you folder instead of using that software?....it works on the weblink i gave rite?

I use webcrimson to upload files. something like xhtml or some database thing. it really simplifies updates of (in my case articles) pages. It creates the pages dynamically and links to them without me having to rebuild the links on the index page, archive page and so one. that means i only need to save my article in a database, and the template will plug in the info and link to it appropriately from the index.
the problem is it removes all formatting. and the silly thing is i found the problem lies in only having to press enter once after the <!--
then all works fine.
anyway, i shifted the files to spymac because i can't find a workaround to the problem at all except manually updating the code of every page.
