i will be having my MUET speaking test in this coming tuesday~~

can any seniors enlighten me how is the test??

my school teacher didnt let us practise in class~~

and i din take any MUET tuition~~

What do u mean when u say your teacher never let you all practice in class?U mean u never do speaking before? Are u a stpm student?

Hmm, do you usually speak in english?

Here are some of my tips
1)Think in english when speak in english to ensure free-flowing speaking.
2)Speak at the speed that suits you your thinking speed. If your thinking speed < speaking speed, you are going to have interruptions while speaking.
3)Do the icebreaker before examination ; while at the waiting room, speak with your friends in english so that you will not be nervous when you are having the test.
4)treat it as if it's a normal discussion, participate in this with patience, with politeness and so on. Don't monopolise the whole session, since it is a discussion. When appropriate, ask others about their opinions.
5)Don't make language a barrier, when ideas pop up in other language, use them but speak the ideas in english.

DonFrank: nope~ english is not my mother tougue~~ i dont speak english at home, in school~ just with some indians friends~ because is forced to do so~ ^^
