In a survey or experiment the values of one or more of the explanatory variables are controlled and the resulting values of the dependent variable are observed.
If X=Method of treatment(A,B,C,D)
Y=amount of cellulite
The value of X assigned is controlled by the experimenter. The assignment should be random so that for example , if 20 randomly selected individuals took part in the experiement then the four methods A,B,C,D would each be radomly assigneed to five of the participants. This ensures internal validity
Does this mean that first A is assigned to one of twenty individuals and then to one of n19 then to one of 18 until it gets to 1 of 16 individuals. Then B is assigned to 1 of 15 until it gets to 1 of 11 and then C is assigned to 1 of 10 until it gets to 1 of 6. And then finally D is assigned to the remaiing individuals in the experiment.

Can somebody please explain the remainder theorem in algebra to me? thanks alot.
Remainder theorem?
It's basically a theorem that states that if a polynomial f(x) is divisible by h, the remainder is equal to f(h).
Hello...is there anybody majoring physics or mathematics??
