did everyone got email from encik haffiz, which stated there "tawaran bersyarat"? it was confusing. did we manage to get the scholarship or not ? :/

My friend did. It means that you will only obtain the scholarship once you have offer letter(s) from universities that is accepted by the MoHE. You are currently been hold for the offer until they receive a copy of your university offer, then only you'll become one of their scholars. Anyway, if you have FB, you can give me your FB name, i'll add you to MyBrain Sc group so that you can have access to any updated info. But it is a mix of overseas and locally bound students. ;)

I have a conditional offer. I think it's because I could not make it to the interview. Do y'all have a facebook group or something ?
