Hi guys and girls,
I'm currently working in an international company and have searched for/ interviewed candidates (internationals and locals) for all kinds of positions. What I noticed is the way locals seem to lack an edge (or many edges actually) in comparison to internationals--from their resume structure to the way they approach even the most basic interview questions.
I'm hoping that this thread will help provide some insight for all job seekers and for those who have aced their interviews, got a job, are veterans when it comes to getting your foot into that door leading to interviews and eventually a job offer, you are welcome to add in your 2 cents
