no..what i mean is in the dokumen pendaftaran pelajar, at the maklumat pelajar, we hav to fill in the no. matrik - 12 spaces followed by our name. i looked back at the surat tawaran below my name and ic number, i saw 'MS1011XXXXXX' fit exactly the spaces. Is that my matrik number? senior, please help me!

and one thing, how i should fill in the front page of dokumen pendaftaran pelajar. there are:
-Nama pelajar
-No. Mykad
-No. Matrik
-Kumpulan Praktikum
-Kumpulan Mentor
-Sesi

Help me please!!!
