Hey there! Just to confirm that we only need to bring a photocopy of these, right?

i) MyKad/Kad Pengenalan Calon dan Ibu/Bapa/Penjaga;
ii) Sijil Kelahiran Calon dan Ibu/Bapa/Penjaga;
iii) Sijil-sijil Kewarganegaraan Ibu/Bapa/Penjaga; dan
iv) Borang Pengesahan Pendapatan Bulanan Keluarga

And what if my mom were to be absent, do I've to bring her original IC too?

I thought parent's original IC was not stated in the list? ^^

Yeah.. KoKo certs... For example, If we joined a school club and have a position, Is it necessary for a cert? Cuz my school kerani very wan give me hit already.. delay delay and delay... since last year T^T

You don't have to bring ur mom and dad IC. Just the certified photocopy one

hey under the borang pengesahan gaji rite. there's this column for siblings details.. i am not in college at all.. so what do i write for the ruangan sekolah/kolej?? my secondary school or just say "tiada" ??
