Dear Students, Parents and Friends,

Fairview International School (KL) is offering scholarships for its International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme starting August 2013. Aimed at deserving high achievers, places are limited so apply as soon as you can!

Students select 6 subjects from the list below, one in each group and thereafter decide which subjects to pursue of which 3 are at a higher and 3 are at a standard level.

Group 1 : English (literature), English (Language and Literature), Malay, Mandarin
Group 2 : Mandarin, Malay, English. Ab Initio: Spanish, Mandarin
Group 3 : Business and Management, Economics, Psychology
Group 4 : Biology, Physics, Chemistry
Group 5 : Maths, Mathematical Studies
Group 6 : Visual Arts, Theatre, Film

Application dates;

Deadline for Application : 14th January 2013
Interview and selection date : 18th and 19th January2013

As the only school in Malaysia to offer the full IB spectrum, Fairview International School understands the IB continuum of education and is wholly committed to delivering education at its highest levels. Applicants are advised to have a minimum of 6 As in SPM or 'O' levels before applying. Other attributes sought after are passion, drive, discipline, diligence, adaptability, leadership, social & personal maturity and a desire to achieve something great.

Fairview is currently on its main round of selection, the early round having finished in February. We are also glad to announce a special "life skills" programme in June for all IBDP students conducted by Fairview, to empower all students with additional skills like teamwork and leadership. This will be made available as a free programme to all IB Diploma students with Fairview International School's IB Diploma programme.
