Dear Student,

Fairview International School (KL) is offering scholarships for its International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme starting June 2013. Aimed at deserving high achievers, places are limited so apply as soon as you can!

Students select 6 subjects from the list below, one in each group and thereafter decide which subjects to pursue of which 3 are at a higher and 3 are at a standard level.

1 English (literature), English (Language and Literature), Malay, Chinese

2 Mandarin, Malay, Spanish, English

3 Business and Management, Economics, Psychology

4 Biology, Physics, Chemistry

5 Maths, Mathematical Studies

6 Visual Arts, Theatre


Application dates;

Deadline for First round of Application : 14th January 2013

Interview and selection date : 18th & 19th January, 2013

As the only school in Malaysia to offer the full IB spectrum, Fairview International School understands the IB continuum of education and is wholly committed to delivering education at its highest levels. Applicants are advised to have a minimum of 6 As in SPM or ‘O’ levels before applying. Other attributes sought after are passion, drive, discipline, diligence, adaptability, leadership, social & personal maturity and a desire to achieve something great.

The application for places have started and deadline for applications is the 14th January, 2013 so hurry!

Steps of application :

1) Fill out application form

2) Prepare accompanying documents like trial results and testimonials (certified copies), upload on application form.

3) Eligible candidates will be invited to a scholarship selection day on the 18th & 19th January, 2013 in Fairview International School, Wangsa Maju.

4) Potential candidates bring scholarship additional documents (CV, evidence of financial viability, ECA records and additional reccomendations/certs)
