i just went back to JPA website and see they say latest by end of august earlier it is 3rd week of august.

Can be checked today around 3pm just now.. then suddenly it ditunda again. Hoping that they will update the database cause I fail to get that scholarship..hmm..keep fingers crossed...and the appeal can only be done in 1st week of september...
