Lets see...
  1. We made 'Nude Squats' a household name.
  2. Our terrorist exports are quite famous
  3. We are the FIRST country to protest over the Non-Sequitor cartoon

We did produce some good professors who teach in US universities and everywhere else. Don't ask me for sources, I think I read this from previous ReCom threads. Probably other well-informed recommers can add to this.

we have talented entertainers like angelica lee, michelle yeoh, ah niu, michael wong, fish leung etc.

but too bad these people have to go north to HK or Taiwan to persue their career....
they dont have much chances in Malaysia

Frankly, I don't think people outside Malaysia would remember that Commonwealth Games 1998 was held in Malaysia... Just try to ask ourselves, do we know where was Commonwealth Games 1994 held?

By the way, Commonwealth Games 2006 starts today here in Melbourne, and I am going to watch the badminton semi-final to support Malaysia team!!

How about Baby Rina?

She is Malaysia's first known internet porn star. There was even an article on her in Wikipedia.

But some overzealous Malaysian religious zealot or government zealot decided to delete the article.

Without googling, My guess is Canada in 1994, And in 2002 it held in England.

Babyrina is not a Malaysian pornstar.. She is of latin decent and most probably never even heard of Malaysia. Nevertheless she can still be considered the first "malaysian" porn star.

However with the rise of Datin and the MAS stewards her popularity has dropped significantly.

And as to the question, Malaysia Formula one GP is in my opinion one of the most exciting event in Asia every year since 1999.
