Voted: Only when I'm really pissed off

I dont really like cursing, but i do use the word d**n, s**t and even h*ll (dont know whether this count as cursing or not) at times.. I do have a friend (who is a girl) whom use the F word like its a common word use in everyday life. Seeing her comment on FB throwing the F word as she likes, it does sometimes makes me wonder about her attitude (even though I'm her friend)

So, to conclude, when you curse a lot, it will give people the bad impression of you, since we are in Malaysia, not oversea country who use this word on daily bases.

agrees with you. People, especially girls with lots of Fs in their conversations make them seem superficial.

1. d**n is still a cursing in malaysia, 'coz avril lavigne's song containing the word is censored... but i use it quite often.
2. in lieu of uttering "s**t", i replace it with "shoot". very effective.
3. the F word, a big no. i understand the normality of it in our urban social right now, so if i hear people spit it out, that's fine with me. however, i would never say it publicly. even in FB, i would spell "fcuk", but only when my temper is really high.

I think you can curse, just not in front of other people. If you're just too angry and cannot control that urge to curse in public, replace those curse words with something else. For instance, i like to replace the word f**k with fish. It can be funny sometimes

well in USA, cursing is like...everywhere.. it seems normal to curse. cursing will be ok if you don't really mean it.. like just saying it for fun, or as a greeting (when everybody does so).... but if u really mean it, then it is definately a no. =)

If you don't like to be cursed, then don't do it to someone else.

It's the same in Malaysia. I have lots of friends who curse for fun, so it isn't offensive. The F-word has become rather meaningless of late due to the vast number of ways it can and has been used in context of.

It is widely used by internet users. However, it is not recommended to use in real life because it is rude to say this using your mouth in front of a real person.

Nowadays, when I am watching comedic movies or TV shows, I might said 'lol' instead of laughing out 'hahaha...' during ridiculous and hilarious scenes.

The F word could be used as verb, adjective, adverb, noun or even gerunds. It exists in various part of speech, for example fuck, fucking, fucker. While 'fucking' could be used as verb, adjective or adverb. How odd.
